After 20 years in the retail business for other companies I decided to open my own shop. In May of 2008 Swanky Girl began. I strive to fill my store with things that are Fun, Stylish,Trendy, Edgy, and Unique. My goal is to have fun and personalize the shopping experience at Swanky Girl. I feel that quaility items and personal touches keep my customers coming back. I pride myself in finding unique items made in the USA. Several items in the shop are made by local artisans.
I must tell you about my daughter who has taken up cooking at the young age of 10. While I was setting up the shop she was spending time with her grandma, they hatched a plan to make DOGGIE BISCOTTI to sell at the store. She picked out her pakaging and made a very smart label to make her product sell. All dogs surveyed love them, too! Kylie loves animals and this gave her a business to operate during these busy times. Well ,they were a big hit at the shop and the Farmers market. ~YOU GO GIRL~
